my baby is 16 months birth weight 3.5 kg current weight is 7.4kg . but baby is active. she only takes Little quantity of food baby is active and healthy and she is walking. is 7.4 kg weight for 16 months is anything to worry

As baby is active there is no need to worry
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious diet fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
