Q.

my baby is 16 month old. His height 78cm and weight 9.3kg. Is this ok? If not then how to increase his weight.

A. Hi, usually the baby will get triple the birth weight by one year. So you can calculate accordingly to your baby’s birth weight. So you can check your baby’s height in the vaccination card the height for the particular age is clearly mentioned. Or else you can check in the first Cry app everything is mention clearly for what age the height should be and the wieght should be. The height and weight seems to be okay. Include more fibre and calcium rich food. Since baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. But make sure it is less oil and less spicy.
