Q.

My baby is 16 month old. He takes food only in puree form . He can't chew , so he can't eat roughly smashed food . Is that ok and how to practise to chew.

A. hi mom usually at this age you have to follow transition from the Puree form to roughly particle form. slowly give little amount of food while you are having to the child so that child will be habituated for this kind of food. but always mash the food before giving so that it will not choke the child. definitely child will try to have it within few months
