Q.
My baby is 16 month old. From last one month he is not pooping regularly. Earlier he used to do it everyday. Any suggestion regarding this will help me a lot. He is taking plenty of fluid. kindly suggest how can resolve this.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Increase the fibre intake of your child. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that the rest of the nutrition comes from healthy solids. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
