Q.

My baby is 16 days old and till now I’m unable to breast feed my child .. my breast milk is not coming please do advise me what to do in order to produce breast milk for my daughter

A. to produce milk take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick more you nurse milk will increase
