my baby is 15months old. she have White sports in her cheaks. what is the reason?

The same could be due to malnutrition
Please diagnose her for any vitamin or mineral deficiency.
If she has any deficiency , give her supplements as per. prescription from pediatrician
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water.
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more probiotics , millets and citrus fruits
