My baby is 15 now. He had neonatal tooth and doctor plucked it but now he is not having teeth in the lower area, is it something we need to concern

A. there will be no teeth in that area till the age of 6 years. those were the milk teeth and it will only be replaced by the permanent teeth at the age of 6-7 years
