Q.
My baby is 15 months yet she doesn't speak tata or dada or mumma or any other words. She understands the word tata, mumma, dadda, dada, etc. but she don't speak. She even knows how to wave tata but doesn't respond with hand gesture. Am I missing anything?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. there is lot of variation in the development of speech from baby to baby continue to interact more with the baby to improve the vocabulary it is matter of time
