Q.

My baby is 15 months. Some times his potty become very tight he did not poop for 2days and after giving him medicin he poop more then 3 times in a day then I need to give him medicin to control.. what should I do to balance his routine.

A. Don't worry new mom.. To treat constipation in young one's it is better to give fiber rich vegetables (by boiling and puree them or give them directly) and fruits. Always be sure natural ways are better than medication. Happy Parenting😍😊

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continuess s kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. You Should give good amount of fibre rich diet and water to the child if a proper hydration is maintained in the body the motion is going to be much better because that will help in proper digestion of the system so you should work upon that as of now
