My baby is 15 months old...she eats khichdi, curd rice, banana..she takes formula feed.My baby's potty is mostly dark green in colour...is it a problem

And continue giving a healthy and nutritious diet and give finger foods to develop habit of chewing

it might happen because of iron supplements of formula
but mam ,as a child is 15 months old ,now you should start giving cow's milk.
no need of formula.
