Q.
my baby is 15 months old I give her millet porridge every night, but while pooping in next morning it comes as it is. but when she eat whole rice it will digest. what can I do

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Instead of giving millet porridge in night it should be given either in breakfast or lunch as it gets time to digest as millets are heavy to digest so change that and then observe
