my baby is 15 months old he is got rashes since last night on the cheeks chin and around the neck what could be the reason

Heat Could possibly be the reason because in summer season we only expect heat rashes to appear on to the body of the child because certain times is too much heat and the room temperature is also not up to the mark so even if the parents are eating something hot and then feeding the child sometimes that also can be the reason apply Cetaphil lotion on to the body for a faster
