A. Hello dear parent! There are many other foods like sesame seeds, Palak and other green leafy vegetables, nuts that contain higher amounts of calcium, more than milk. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits in the diet. Good luck and take care.
