My baby is 15 days old but her skin tone is continously changing.Her hands,arms legs & feet are milky white but face & back are dark.Is this normal.Her whole body has different shades.Infact her nipples & genitals are dark.

A. I am already using Pampers.She keeps on changing her color.Sometimes red,sometimes fair,sometimes extremly dark.I really wonder when her skin tone will be stable
