Q.

my baby is 14months old she just run away from food. i tried giving rice dal with mashed vegetables but she dislikes it. but she likes to have Prasad as it's sweet like sweet halwa, rice paysa . Now my question is how to give vegetables , rice , and other healthy items in sweet form.pls suggest

A. They gave to her given as such not in sweet form and keep trying appreciate her on eating well serve her in separate plate and sit together and eat and avoid distractions at meal times like phone

A. good morning I would definitely recommend you to avoid giving refined sugar to the child it is rather advisable that you should try to give your baby sweet in the natural form that is in the form of fruit
