my baby is 14months old.can I feed whole egg or else half boiled

A. No. Raw, half fry egg and undercooked eggs can sometimes harbour salmonella bacteria and can lead to salmonella food poisoning if eaten. best avoided by babies and young children. Cooking eggs until both the white and yolk are solid will kill any bacteria, such as salmonella.

A. Yes you can give, The official scientific recommendation says to serve up to 7 eggs per week. This can mean one a day, or two to three a day if you don't serve them daily.
