my baby is 14 months old I just found out that my baby's front tooth just broke..is this something I should be concerns

consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the traumatized milk teeth.
trauma to milk teeth have ill effects over the underlying developing permanent tooth germ

If your child's tooth gets chipped or broken, whether it's a baby tooth or a permanent tooth, it is very important to call their pediatric dentist right away and schedule an emergency appointment. If it's after business hours and it's more than a very minor chipped tooth, go to your nearest hospital's emergency room.
