Q.

My baby is 14 months old...I am breastfeeding to her.I want give her Cow's milk .Please advice quantity and the time to give...can i give Cow milk at morning 7 o clock?

A. Hello dear parent! Yes, you can start giving outside milk to your baby in small quantities. The maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Try giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk in Babyhug stainless steel glasses.
