my baby is 14 months old. how much salt shud i give to her? rock salt can be given?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 1 year you can add normal iodise salt or Rick salt in baby food.. the amount should be very less equivalent to minimum amount should be add in baby food.

yes rock salt is better than normal salt..u can give it to ur baby..There is no problem in that..
Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family...that means this salt added in meals can be given.
