My baby is 14 months old . He jut breastfeed don’t take other milk. Now doctor told me to give him vitamin d3 now o am very worried about his growth of bones. What can I do ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 week agoA. Namaste Mom, As per the child age he should be basically now have from regular family foods as alone your milk wont be sufficient for his growth needs, so plan a diet routine and set his meal time , feed time, snack time etc

Give the medicines only as advised and there should be a gradual improvement in the condition. Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day.
