my baby is 14 months old he has some teeth like at uperr side molar like but teeth look soft i dnt know is it tooth or what that is very soft

If it is that soft then it can definitely not be a teeth because teeth are like rock solid they’re very hard as you know maybe there is some other issue that’s happening you can get it examined with a dentist if you want they can even clear the picture about what the situation currently is
