my baby is 14 months old had mouth ulcers on lip palate and cheek and also had gingival bleeding .gingiva around the teeth is swollen since 2 days .fever not present.baby is not talking any solid or liquid food

A. during such time eating became painful. so offer non spicy, semisolid soft food n offer lots of fluids such as bm, fruit juice, milk, coconut water, rice kanji. apply zytee gel on mouth ulcer
