My baby is 14 months old. Can I stop breastfeeding now. How should I?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom from the age of 1 onwards you can plan to wean the off your feed , maximum you can feed till 2 years though . Try to stop one feed at a time for them , and now their major diet should be from usual family foods , animal or plant source milk can be introduced to them now
