Q.

My baby is 14 months old. at birth his weight was 3.5 kg and now he is 9 kg. His doctor said his weight is less. I feed him all protein rich food in good quantities. still his weight is not increasing. why?

A. Hello mom yes his weight is slightly on the lower side , babies are expected to almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year. Alone protein is not enough but it’s also important but also healthy carbohydrates and fats , vitamins and minerals.so now they can be given usual family foods to them

A. Moreover I would recommend you to start giving almond oil into the milk of your child Vayasu Enna day and you can also are dry fruit powder along with that as that is going to be quite helpful for You also egg you can introduce on an every day basis
