Q.
My baby is 14 months old and struggling to pass stool...after lot of struggle she is passing hard stool but crying with pain. Please advise what I can do to help her to pass stool without applying any pressure or pain. Yesterday we have her cow milk for the first time. She is still on BM and eat solids (little bit).

Constipation is very common in babies in such case you should add more fibre food in babies regular diet plan and you should start giving papaya and pineapple regularly. You should also start giving 1 teaspoon of honey once in a day with warm water it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues
