Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. ok see. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise

Maybe the child is not gaining weight because of some nutritional deficiency or your child is not eating properly as your child should eat as per the current age of your child because these are the only most common reasons where kids do not gain weight as per the requirement so if you want you can consult your paediatrician for that
