A. dear Mum, just drinking milk is not enough. milk intake should not be more than 500 ml per day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. give small frequent meals 4 to 5 times a day and up to one Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
