my baby is 14 months and his weight is 7kg why us his weight not increasing

A. After age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child. you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable mmilk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adeequate nutrition to the child you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your baby all the healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Gradually include all food groups. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
