My baby is 14 month old now, she does vomiting frequently while feeding food that is at least 3-4 times a week . by this she is not gaining weight please suggest

A. Hi parent Keep her hydrated by giving her BM. Give her more Probiotics like fresh curd or buttermilk lassi etc Avoid external milk You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime (don't wake her up though) Don't use RO water Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
