my baby is 14 month old his hc is around 42 or 43 cm at birth his hc is 32cm now he didn't babble didn't poiting but responding his name aah ohh is he having microcephaly

The head of preference is completely dependent upon the head circumference at the time of birth of this seems okay but the child is unable to point but otherwise responding to and understanding things and it is not a problem the point can come over the period so it’s not a hassle right now
