Q.

My baby is 13months now. He eats solids very well and weight is also good. I'm still breastfeeding him twice in the day and 3-4 times in the night. I have not given formula milk till now. Trying to give cow milk but he is not taking. Till what age is breast milk sufficient for the baby? Is it compulsory to give cow milk apart from solids?

A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for yourx child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milkx but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving .
