A. Sleeping pattern in children may be variable in different age group so if the baby is active and taking proper feeding with no other complaints most of the time there is nothing to worry. You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger. In older chbhildren a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with somectimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.

A. Set a time to put your baby to sleep and stick to it, because only then kids realize that bedtime means bedtime! With time, their bodies adjust to this schedule and they start feeling sleepy naturally around the same time every day. This is among the best ways to get a toddler to sleep! To make your toddler sleep through the night, create a sleep-inducing environment. For this purpose, opt for a light-coloured bedsheet and dark window blinds. Turn off the lights; if your child is afraid of the dark, you can place a night lamp in his room, but keep the lights dimmed. You can also place a stuffed toy on his bed if he likes.
