sleeping is different in different babies and it the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern but it will always improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just take care of any environmental factor which might be disturbing the sleep

Please consult your pediatrician and investigate the cause of it as she might be suffering from iron deficiency.
Please take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits
