my baby is 13 months old she is suffering from lo se motion nd kuch kha ni rhi h wht should I do? nd pls suggest me some vitamins for weight gain hre weight 8.500kg around

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 1 year 1 month of 1 if the baby is having loose motions the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
