A. If your 13-month-old baby is not eating anything and keeps food in her mouth without swallowing, it might be worth consulting a pediatrician. This behavior can be due to several reasons such as teething, a sore throat, or other medical issues. A pediatrician can help diagnose the underlying cause and provide appropriate guidance or treatment. In the meantime, offering soft, easy-to-swallow foods and ensuring the eating environment is calm and stress-free might help encourage eating.
