ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Frankly speaking there is absolutely no need to clean the tongue of the baby as the oral cavity is self cleansing. Just give a little bit of water after the end of feed and that’s enoughWrite Your Answer Here

At this stage you should be cleaning the teeth of your child properly with a toothpaste so you can use the toothbrush to clean the tongue of your child otherwise you can use a silicon tongue cleaner and you can clean the tongue with that also you just have to put it into your finger and then finger into the mouth
