My baby is 13 months old From last three days he is suffering from constipation. Not eating anything properly please tell what to do ?

Hello mom as he not passed his motions well so hence he is unable to eat much , don’t force him ..though keep him well hydrated enough give him some warm vegetables soups freshly made with vegetables at home and avoid packaged foods for Them , also give some fruits such as banana, apple etc or papaya , foods need to be in semi solids form like porridge, Upma etc or thin kichidi
