Q.

my baby is 13 months old and her weight is 9 kg. is this fine? she is a fussy eater and does not like eating. she only likes to eat fruits or will drink milk. what food should I give for weight gain

A. Give her all kinds of semi solids along with fruits and vegetable which will help in proper nutrition and weight gain as well. Aptamil Gold formula milk stage 2 is also a good option to go for. A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby for weight gain. Thanks and take care
