Q.
my baby is 13 month old. giving her breast milk plus cow milk. my period has started but with no pain at all and very low flow. i used to have strong cramps on day 1. any suggestions

Well actually a lot of times the period the cycle can be little changed after your delivery but that’s only a temporary time initially it could be abnormal less bleeding heavy bleeding pain no pain would be different things that you can experience which you may have not experienced till now but it’s very normal
