That’s Like a severe case of constipation you can consult your doctor for some laxative as of now because if your child is not going to release the previous dump then your child will not be able to eat properly and bloating will happen so do this as of now and start giving good amount of liquids and fibre is try to maintain hydration in the body for better motion
