Q.
My baby is 12 month old, can I start giving her jaggery and salt. So far I didn’t introduce it. Also can I give cow milk sometime. Currently she is on breast feed

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Salt and sugar everything can be given to the age of one year and animal milk as you mentioned can also be given after the age of one year by mixing about 20 to 30% of water into it to make it light and easy for the child to digest
