my baby is 11month old ... he got white small dotes on his full body, his face is fair , half hands n legs are also fair .. y so there is color difference?... is it buz his complexion I'll change as he grows

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness ogrf the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of bskin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
