My baby is 11 months old she is on solids and breastfeeding so is it ok if I do zero carb diet or will it effect my baby in anyways

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. No need to do zero carb diet as they are equally important as it provides energy to the body so not a good idea to reduce weight rather eat a balanced nutritious diet and start some exercise
