My baby is 11 months old. she has got a rash like thing like white bumps, reddish all over oh her forehead and the back of the neck. Can anyone please suggest some ways to prevent it?

please post your question again with attached picture of your child or visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised
