Q.

My baby is 11 months old right now..I am thinking of giving him cow's milk from next month as he will be turning 1 yr.But had some doubts about how much ml should I give him?And what should be added in his milk sugar, jaggery or honey and how much quantity to add?How many times in a day milk should be given?

A. You Deluded take 80% of milk and 20% of water and start with about 180 ML I think that might be the appetite of your child at this age also I am going to advise you on our head of that you should not not add any extra sweetener to the milk milk has its own sweetness so avoid adding anything extra if you possibly can
