My baby is 11 months old. once i had started going back to work, my breastmilk has reduced so much. I am pumping only once in like 6-7 hrs. How to increase breastmilk production? Any medicine to increase milk?

Hello mom as the days goes it starts to reduce and also on the demand as well , you have to take care of your diet and prefer to have healthy foods , massage your breast well , foods such as garlic , flax seeds , oats, milk , panjiri C dry fruits , fenugreek, drumstick leaves , jeera or ajwain or saunf water etc are quite helpful to enhance the milk production
