Q.
My baby is 11 months old.. he had diahhrea sterday.. he passed loose stools 6 times.. he have 100.1 degree temperature.. what can I do ??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiojitic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

Give calpol 1ML as of now and also you should consult your doctor because if your child is suffering with diarrhoea and fever together than that could be a possibility that your child will be suffering with some stomach infection it’s important to get it checked once
