Q.

my baby is 11 months+ old...can I give her dry fruits and nuts homemade powder?if yes..then plz tel me the quantity of dry fruits and nuts for making the powder...

A. If you’re giving powder then you can mix it all together you can approximately two or 3 teaspoons in a day to the child and specially in the winter season you can reach up to 4 teaspoons per day so that is going to be good and best if you give it with milk
