A. hiccups in big children usually occur due to excessive laughing, belching, acidity as well as gas in the stomach and intestine of the child. it is important to give plenty of water to drink as well as easily digestible food made at home. diversion of the child also helps.d it is self limiting problem and will decrease but if it is occurring again and again then it is advisable to complete a course of antacid.

A. Hello good evening !! Hiccups are signs of improving digestion as buffalo milk is hard to digest compared to formula and breast milk baby might getting hiccups. If no motions, allergy tummy ache you can give buffalo milk but dilute milk with water(1:1 ratio) and feed once or twice in a day rest of the day semi solids, breast milk, formula milk. Instead you can give semi solid foods 3 meals dal rice, kichdi, curd rice, cerelac .
