See basically now you can give basic home-cooked food which is healthy to be given to the child what you are eating and traditionally cooking at home on an every day basis and after the age of 12 months they would be no restriction on giving anything so right now you should give healthy food focus on regular traditional cook food after 12 as you can experiment a little more but you should avoid giving junk food as long as you can because once you introduce it gets very tough for parents to manage healthy diet after that because kids normally do not cooperateWrite Your Answer Here
